Which ecommerce platforms and integrations do you support?
Current seller operations include Amazon and Shopify. Our service scope also includes Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop and Etsy, with additional connections scoped to the merchant’s APIs, access permissions and workflow requirements. Our direct Walmart Marketplace integration is in development. We confirm connection readiness, data mapping and testing during onboarding; services do not imply endorsement by a marketplace.
How is fulfillment pricing calculated?
We prepare a tailored quote using SKU count, product dimensions, storage requirements, order volume, items per order, destination mix and special handling. The agreed scope separates receiving, storage, pick-and-pack, packaging, postage and services such as kitting or returns. Shipping rates and service terms are confirmed in the fulfillment agreement. Map your catalog and SKUs, confirm permissions and channel connections, and agree order, inventory and tracking workflows. Coordinate inbound inventory, receiving checks and storage so the warehouse is prepared for launch.
3. Fulfill, Track & Improve
Route orders for picking, packing and shipping, with inventory and tracking updates through the agreed connections. Review operational reports, replenishment, returns and exceptions with technical and fulfillment support as your needs evolve.
